Emily is the Executive Director and founding force behind our nonprofit, driven by a deep commitment to addressing food insecurity in our community. Inspired to support local families, Emily understands that food represents more than sustenance — it embodies joy, celebration, and cultural connection. She champions dignity for all families, ensuring they have the resources to provide for their loved ones. With extensive experience volunteering with nonprofits and leading mission teams, Emily brings strong leadership, compassion, and strategic vision to our organization’s work. Her passion and dedication are at the heart of our mission and impact.

Bailee Dover
Bailee is a passionate professional with a background in cybersecurity and technology, and a committed volunteer and advocate for women in public service. Bailee is actively involved in initiatives to support women pursuing public office and contributes her expertise to discussions on cybersecurity and government technology. She and her husband serve their community as foster parents. Her professional and volunteer efforts reflect a dedication to inclusive leadership, civic participation, and continuous learning making her a valued member of our board and mission-driven work.

Linda has spent the last 15 years listening to and working with people experiencing homelessness in an effort to amplify voices that are often underrepresented Currently she is co-editor of The Contributor, a street newspaper in Nashville, Tennessee sold by homeless and formerly homeless vendors. In this role, Linda designs each issue of the newspaper and works directly with vendor writers on their submissions for the paper. She is also the creator and manager of the Where to Turn in Nashville resource guide, a pocket sized guide of resources for people experiencing homelessness and poverty.

Linda Bailey
Joshua Burgner is a dedicated nonprofit and compliance leader with extensive experience in fiscal sponsorship, operational management, and organizational strategy. He currently serves as Senior Manager, Compliance at Panorama Global, where he oversees compliance initiatives and risk mitigation. Josh has a strong background in nonprofit operations, having previously led fiscal sponsorship and client services at Mission Edge and directed foundation efforts at the Switchfoot Bro-Am Foundation. His work enhances organizational effectiveness, fundraising capacity, and partner outcomes.

Tracey Stokes
Daniel Burgner serves as Director of Development, leading fundraising and donor engagement efforts for Dignity Celebrated. He also serves as Assistant Vice President of Annual Giving at The George Washington University, overseeing fundraising strategy, donor development, and engagement initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience in development, Daniel has partnered with organizations nationwide to grow donor support through data-driven, donor-centric strategies. He is deeply passionate about addressing food insecurity and is energized by the opportunity to grow Dignity Celebrated’s donor base and revenue—empowering donors to make a meaningful impact and advancing critical work for families in need.
